 | The CEI Fall Conference 2003 - Expanding Our Boundaries - will be held at the the Broyhill Inn & Conference Center in Boone, NC, Sunday, October 26, through Tuesday, October 28. The CEI Board, whose members are from all regions of the state, will host the conference in celebration of CEI's 30th birthday.
