If you do not know what version of Internet Explorer that you are currently using, follow these step:
- Click on "Help" on the menu bar at the top of your screen.
- Then click on "About Internet Explorer" to see your version:
- Click here to download the latest browser.
Many distance learning Web sites, including Blackboard, require that you allow "cookies," which allows the site to check your login to make sure it is authorized to access the site. Follow these steps to make sure your Web browser accepts cookies:
- Click "Tools" on the Internet Explorer menu bar and then click "Internet Options":
- Then click the "Privacy" tab on the "Internet Options" dialog box:
- Then click and move the slider to "accept cookies," but no higher than "medium." Finally, click the "OK" button:
